Congratulations to Old Kingswoodian Dan Yates (Kingswood School 2001-2011), who has just been awarded funding of over £140k for his sustainable business idea.

Dan left Kingswood to study Archaeology at UCL, before studying a masters in Management Entrepreneurship and Digital Business at Imperial College London. After moving back to Bath, Dan then pursued a number of business ideas before co-founding 'Greener', a sustainable tech start-up in 2019. (www.greener.io)

As a school which has sustainability at its core, we are delighted for Dan, as this investment will enable Greener to take their algorithmic platform live and test its core technology before the launch in late summer 2021.

Dan - we wish you and your team well in this exciting venture!
