Room Leader

Are you passionate about Early Years education?  Join our Baby Room team as a Room Leader at The Garden Nursery, where you’ll create a safe and engaging environment for every child.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day running of the room, ensuring high-quality care and tailored learning experiences that align with the Early Years curriculum. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have two years of post-qualification experience, including previous experience in a leadership role. You should possess a solid understanding of child development, a caring approach, and the ability to motivate your team.

A positive attitude and resilience under pressure are essential, along with a commitment to safeguarding and equal opportunities.

Early Years Educator

At The Garden, Kingswood School's beautiful nursery, we’re looking for an Early Years Educator to join our dedicated and supportive team. Our Early Years Educators work 40 hours per week over four days on a flexible rota. With 6.6 weeks of holiday, plus additional time off over Christmas and two weeks in the summer, we ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Teacher of Computer Science

At Kingswood, we believe in the power and importance of truly holistic education. We value inspirational teaching and learning in a caring, supportive and inclusive community, where academic achievement and high standards are combined with a sense of responsibility and service. 

From September 2025, with an earlier start date possible, we are looking for a full-time Computer Science Teacher, and we are able to tailor the year groups which will be taught to suit the individual.

The post provides an excellent opportunity to play a major role in ensuring that all students at Kingswood are supported in achieving high levels of academic success.  We welcome applications from unqualified teachers, recent graduates, Early Career Teachers, experienced teachers and those considering a career change. We provide full ECT induction and mentoring and can support candidates through teacher training, enabling them to gain a PGCE through their work with us.
