Whole School Design and Technology

Mr Barney Brown, Head of Design Technology has been joining in the national effort to help the NHS with personal protective equipment (PPE) by 3D printing and cutting the face shields at home in a makeshift workshop.

We have now joined Prior Park College in a mass effort to make more protective visors and distribute them around Bath to GPs and the RUH (Royal United Hospitals, Bath).

Keeping the printer going 24/7, Mr Brown hopes to help the fight to save lives and keep the NHS staff safe.
