Christmas 'Lifeline Packages' donated to the Genesis Trust

In keeping to our Founder’s ethos, every year, Summerhill House run an appeal for the Genesis Trust to raise awareness and support those who are disadvantaged or vulnerable during the festive season. They teamed up with Year 7 and 8 pupils to encourage all pupils to create and donate 'Lifeline Packages' and 'Grow your heart three times bigger and donate to the Genesis Trust'.
To help generate interest, the pupils performed a recreation of The Grinch which was an effective way to promote the appeal. As you can see below, the Community were so generous in their donations and these were collected by the Genesis Trust this week to give to others.
