Year 7 Perform Superbly In Shakespeare Reading Competition

February saw the inaugural Year 7 Performing Shakespeare competition in the theatre.

Students took part by performing either monologues or duologues that they had rehearsed beforehand from a range of plays including Romeo and Juliet, Twelfth Night, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Richard III.

The audience and judges were awestruck by the superb quality of the performances of all of the participants involved and many congratulations to Maisie, Lila, Eva and Clemmie who will advance to the regionals later this term.
