Senior Boys Win Cross Country Trophy For The First Time In 13 Years

Before half-term, 34 Kingswood runners took part in our home Cross Country fixture.

In glorious conditions on a notoriously treacherous course, Kingswood’s teams acquitted themselves well.

There were some excellent individual performances from Jim who finished 3^rd in the Inter Boys, and Noah and Ben who finished 1^st and 2^nd respectively in the Senior Boys.

The Inter Girls team finished a very close 2^nd as did the Inter Boys team.

The standout performance however was from the Senior Boys team which was made up entirely of boys from Upper House who claimed the Senior Boys trophy for the first time in 13 years.

Tobina was named Runner of the Week after she ran her first competitive run, finishing 6^th in the Inter Girls competition.
