EPQ Showcase
The EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) submission deadline was this week and last night’s EPQ showcase was a fantastic opportunity for our current Y13 EPQ cohort to share and celebrate the results of all their hard work.
For EPQ, students select, research and present a subject of their own choice, so the topics covered are always eclectic and fascinating, with this year’s cohort being no exception.
Parents and staff were invited to find out more about a wide range of subjects including the importance of the microbiome, female spies in World War 2, Chinese traditional medicine and crimes committed by women in the 18th and 19th centuries, to name just a few!
The Year 13s displayed a wealth of knowledge and confidence throughout the showcase evening, and enjoyed sharing their expertise.
