Kingswood Cross Country Runners Impress At County Championships

On Saturday, an excellent squad of some of Kingswood’s top runners travelled to Bristol to participate in the Avon County Championships.
On a repetitive course, all ran well against some of the best in the West with Lizzie, Grace, Lucy and Bridie all recording impressive top 10 finishes.
Will was named Runner of the Week as he appeared to grow and grow in strength as his race progressed to finish in a very impressive 3rd place.
Best of luck to all those who now qualify for the Regionals which will be held on (almost) home turf at the Bath Race Course a week on Saturday.
