Perfectly situated just outside of Bath city centre, Kingswood School compromises three campuses: the Prep School, Senior School and Upper Playing Fields. Each is unique, and together they offer a range of facilities suitable for a variety of events, including conferences, parties, corporate events, theatre performances and residential courses.

Kingswood is proud to have a dedicated and professional catering team who have a wealth of expertise in fine dining and event catering. Led by our Catering and Events Manager Sharon Traylor, alongside Executive and Head Chefs Adrian and Tami Fairlie, the team work closely with local suppliers to provide menus with a focus on fresh produce and of the highest quality.

Conferences:

The Pavilion, located at our Upper Sports Ground, is the perfect venue for conferences and company away days. The Bar Room can accommodate 30 people and Function Room can hold up to 100 people. Our Bar Room includes a 65 inch TV and AV system, perfect for meetings and training sessions.

Parties:

The Pavilion is the perfect setting for birthday parties of all ages and celebrations, including anniversaries and wakes. The Event Room can hold up to 100 people seated and the bar room up to 30 people. The fully stocked bar is managed by Kingswood staff and our in-house catering team can offer a wide selection of high quality menus.

The Pavilion is also wheelchair accessible, with a lift to the top floor and accessible toilet. The site also offers 80 car parking spaces. 

Our Association Hall at the Prep School is the perfect for children's birthday parties, providing the ideal space for a fun-filled event.

Theatre:

Our Theatre is the ideal location to hold your production and rehearsal, with a capacity of 450, 
accessibility for wheelchairs and onsite parking. Kingswood Theatre has two small dressing rooms 
with private WC’s. a foyer with a lockable bar/kitchen area, and is well equipped with lighting, sound 
and AV facilities with technical support. Kingswood Theatre is also an excellent space for hosting 
drama, dance, music, conferences, seminars, training and more. Please note that our theatre is only 
available to hire outside of term time.
