The Garden At Kingswood Nursery - Various Positions

Kingswood Senior School - Visiting Music Teacher 

Required from September 2019, we are looking to appoint an experienced and motivated teacher of bass guitar and double bass on a self-employed basis to join our strong and very successful Music Department. The successful candidate must have proven ability of teaching a range of abilities to children. This is a part-time post with a minimum of 3 x 30-minute lessons per week.

Kingswood Senior School - Sandwich Production Team Member

Required for September 2019, we are looking to appoint a Sandwich Production Team Member to join our outstanding and dedicated in-house catering team. Kingswood School caters for pupils, staff, visitors and events, and we are looking for someone who can bring their ideas and enthusiasm to our front of house team.

The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, 7.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.

The salary will be £12,740.17 per annum.

House Matron/Cleaner (Summer 2019)

The post holder will be responsible for cleaning the boarding houses to a high standard during the busy summer holiday period. Duties will include cleaning, changing bed linen and reporting any damage.

Candidates must be highly organised with a good overall knowledge and experience of high standards of cleaning, and be able to work well as a self-motivated and committed member of the team.

Hours of work will be 6-8 hours per day Monday to Friday between 8th July and 23rd August 2019.

Rate of pay will be £8.96 per hour + holiday pay.

Kingswood Senior School - Assistant Store Person

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Store Person to join our outstanding and dedicated in-house catering team to receive deliveries, provide a portering and cleaning service, and to generally assist whilst maintaining the required standards of food safety and  hygiene, in accordance with the catering department procedures.               

The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, 7.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, over a full year.

The salary will be £16,128.84 per annum.

Minibus Driver (Casual Contract)

Our transport fleet is a very important part of our offer to parents, providing a daily collection/drop off service, and transporting pupils on trips and matches. 

We have opportunities for minibus drivers to join our friendly school, providing a safe, professional and courteous transport service. 

Candidates will need to be confident in interacting with children and be able to maintain a positive atmosphere on the bus.  Drivers will need to have a warm and flexible approach, be able to show initiative and work well on their own but part of the wider Bursary team. 

Drivers must have a current unrestricted D1 entitlement or a clean PCV Driving Licence and experience of driving a 17-seater minibus. 

A range of different hours are available, including early mornings, afternoons and early evenings, or a combination.

The rate of pay is £11.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
