All sixth formers are members of one of our six senior Houses, three for girls and three for boys. They are each assigned a house tutor, who will work with them throughout their time in the Sixth Form, offering support and advice on issues such as academic progress, balancing commitments, references, personal statements, co-curricular activities, work experience and higher education. In addition, tutors are the first point of contact for parents.
Tutor groups are small and, as a result, tutors are able to get to know their tutees well. Individual tutorial meetings occur on a regular basis, so that at every stage of a student's time in the Sixth Form they are offered the one-to-one guidance and encouragement they need to make the most of their time at Kingswood.
