Kingswood has a large Sixth Form of around 180 students. Academically successful, socially friendly, and possessing a wealth of extra-curricular opportunities, the Sixth Form is an exciting and stimulating place to be. Encouragement, interest and inspiration flow from it into the rest of the school community, with sixth formers taking a significant part in the running of the School.
There is a wide choice of A levels available. Virtually all of our students go on to study at universities, so there is a full programme of guidance on careers and higher education choices. Students study up to five AS courses in their lower sixth year (most do four). The majority will then drop to three A levels in the upper sixth year although some will continue to do more.
The Dixon Sixth Form Centre is set in the heart of the School's 218 acre estate campus, providing easy access to the School's many facilities.
