Kingswood School has an enviable reputation for the depth and range of excellent extra-curricular activities that we offer. Encouragement is given to the students to participate in a range of activities. It is not unusual for the captain of the 1st XV to play in an orchestra and also perform in a school play.There are countless opportunities to get involved in Sport, Music and Drama. However, extra-curricular activities are not exclusive to these three departments. The school has a thriving outdoor pursuits department where students can initially try their hand at outdoor survival before attempting the Ten Tors or Duke of Edinburgh awards.
A wide range of other clubs and societies flourish where students will acquire life-long passions and interests in activities ranging from Ceilidh dancingto stained glass window making. The superb facilities and the enthusiasm and commitment of the staff to this important aspect of education give an added dimension to every student's curriculum.
